NON-US CUSTOMERS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Lord Tankerville’s Miniature Heraldic Knights and Book Store has neither control over nor does it provide any estimates of  customs duty fees, VAT taxes, import duties, custom/clearance charges, etc. that may be applicable outside of the United States as these are specific to each destination country.   The buyer is solely responsible for any and all such fees, taxes, charges, custom duties, etc., and is responsible for understanding and complying with the import and/or customs requirements, laws, and regulations of the destination country.

International delivery is not available for international P.O. boxes.

For all Non-US Customers, shipping costs will include the following two fees:

1.   $15.00 handling fee;

2.   Appropriate shipping and insurance fees to the destination country.  

These fees are non-refundable.

It is strongly recommended that all Non-US customers contact Lord Tankerville at tankerville911@yahoo.com before submitting an order so that the appropriate shipping rate can be calculated.

 

In the event of a return of an international order, all associated shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  A refund will be issued when the item is received by Lord Tankerville and deemed to be in acceptable condition.

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the increase in rates for Priority Shipping and Insurance, I am instituting the following new shipping policy:    

        * SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA –  Free Priority USPS shipping in the USA for any order $100.00 or more;

                                                               OR

                                                               A $15.00 flat rate shipping charge on all orders less than $100.00.

        * INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING –  All International Shipping is at “COST” plus a $15.00 handling charge.
